A 12 km long trail for hikers or cyclists, running from the bus station in Svitavy and travelling along forest, field, and asphalt paths in the surrounding area. There is a common beech found in the park, apparently planted by the original owner Juli Langer, which was declared a landmark tree on 4.10.2006. The tree is 24 metres tall, the crown width reaches 15 metres, and the circumference of the trunk measures 370 centimetres. The beech tree is estimated to be 100 years old.

Municipal museum and gallery in Svitavy (Městské muzeum a galerie ve Svitavách)
The building was built in 1892 as the family residence of mayor Johan Budig. A museum has been housed here since 1947. In the 1970s, the left wing was added, in 1997-2000 an attic superstructure was added.

Museum of Esperanto (Muzeum esperanta)
Historical building – Ottendorfer’s House, built as a public library and study hall with a concert hall. It was built by a citizen of New York, the patron Svitav and famous native Valentin Oswald Ottendorfer. The building was named in his honour.

Oskar Schindler memorial plaque Svitavy (Památník Oskara Schindlera Svitavy)
The plaque to Oskar Schindler is located opposite his house. Oskar Schindler was a very controversial person during the World War II – he was a member of the NSDAP but saved the lives of 1200 Jews who worked in his factory.

Svitavy - Jewish cemetery
The cemetery was founded in 1892; during the Second World War the cemetery fell into disrepair and tombstones were stolen or knocked over. At the beginning of the 21st century the town restored the cemetery (the communists built a clay court at the site). Forty tombstones have been preserved.

The trail passes Horní and Dolní rybník (Upper and Lower Ponds), where you can swim or get refreshment at the "Plechárna" snack bar in hot summer days, then it goes to the springs of the Svitava river, providing information on history of the ponds and on local fauna and flora.
